Payments

Payments are securely processed using Stripe payment gateway, which is integrated directly within the browser visit with ornamentalbloom.com.au.

Ornamental Bloom accepts payments from the following cards:

- VISA (credit and debit cards)
- Mastercard (credit and debit cards)
- American Express

Postage

Postage and handling for Domestic and International orders are managed by Australia Post.

Parcel deliveries are during business hours, please provide a delivery address where a recipient will be present to receive the parcel.

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days of order being placed and payment being received by Ornamental Bloom. 

Shipping confirmation and tracking number will be issued to the purchaser to track the delivery of their parcel with Australia Post.

Once a parcel has been shipped, the responsibility of the delivery of the parcel lies with Australia Post.

Domestic Standard Parcel Post, includes tracking
Estimated Delivery times:
Melbourne Metro: Most parcels arrive within 3 business days, country up to 5 business days
Interstate: Most parcels arrive within 4 to 6 business days, depending on destination distance from Melbourne

International
Ornamental Bloom sends parcel internationally.

Once the shipping address has been entered at checkout, shipping options and postal charges will be calculated.

International Standard Parcel Post, includes tracking and requires a signature on delivery to the destination address.

Estimated delivery times are approximately 10 + business days between major metro areas.

Standard delivery times excludes time in customs, and if applicable delivery of a parcel may be subject to delay due to causes outside Australia Post’s control.

Taxes and/or custom duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

Ornamental Bloom takes pride in offering high quality products to the consumer and reflecting true representation on its website.

Please make product selection(s) carefully as Ornamental Bloom does not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.

Under Australian Consumer Law a consumer is entitled to a remedy to correct a fault, deficiency or failure if the goods do not meet a consumer guarantee.

A consumer who wishes to make a claim about faulty goods must advise OB of their intention to reject the goods and provide an explanation, before returning the goods in their original packaging, including labels and proof of purchase, to Ornamental Bloom. 

In such circumstances please email hello@ornamentalbloom.com.au within 48 hours of receipt of purchase, and following inspection of returned goods, Ornamental Bloom will arrange either a replacement or full refund to the purchaser.

Ornamental Bloom brooches are delicate, to preserve their beauty please avoid contact with rough or sharp surfaces.
